Germantas is a lake in western Lithuania, in Telšiai district, about 6 km west of Telšiai. Length from west to east 1.9 km, width up to 1.55 km. Longitude 159,4 m. The deepest place is 12,8 m. The shore line (long 7,1 km) has a great number of bays. In the east and south the shores are high (up to 10 m), with terraces, the northern and western shores are lower, swimming in places.
