The lake of the upper sea (also Obersee, Järveküla lake, Lake Mõigu, Kuningajärv) is located in the south-eastern part of the city of central city of Tallinn. The area of the lake is 9.6 km2, depth up to 6 meters. The third natural lake after Peipsi and Võrtsjärv (the third former Mullutu-Suurlaht has been divided into smaller parts) is located in Estonia. The upper lake becomes Tallinn water from the 14th century. In 2005, the city spent an average of 60 829 m3 lake water per day, the lake was managed with additional water from Pirita, Vääna, Jägala and Pärnu... Wikipedia
