Toomemägi (also Toome) is a naturally confined neem elevator on the right shore of the Emajõe Urgor in Tartu. The city of Tartu has begun from Toomemägi. There is an ancient city and a bishop city in Tartu, and nowadays there are ruins of the Tartu Tower and Tartu Star Tower.
