On the Ingliste stream of Järvamaa Türi municipality, Käru is an unpublic pais lake. The lake belongs to the Pärnu subcontinent of the western-Estonian basin. The area of the lake is 4.4 hectares, the largest depth of 2.5 m, the length of the shoreline is 2.35 km. In the modern form, the lake was completed in 1991, the construction of Rapla EPT (the work manager Tõnu Meldre). Next to the lake Käru tearist, stones from the north of the lake were placed in 1990 in order to create a memorial of the unity of the nations and the desire for pride – the Baltic chain, which passed in 1989...
