Brackmann Park is a park in the centre of Pärnu. Park was named according to Oskar Brackmann.Park was founded in the 1930s in the area of the former Pärnu valley. The folkness was then called Pätsi park because it was planned to be built in Konstantin Pätsi fairyard.1970. During the years the park was connected to the next-adjacent Koidula park when the section of the Hospital Street between the South and the Ring Street was removed.The park is located in 1991.
